Refund and Return Policy for ULSUNIE

At ULSUNIE, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, and labels still attached.
  • The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • If your order was shipped internationally, any customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no extra cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.


5. Non-returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Opened or used beauty, health, or personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital content

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, it will need to be returned in accordance with our return policy.
