We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, parts, and tags still attached.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products such as customized items, gift cards, and sale/clearance items may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and paperwork. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method to the address we provide.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refund Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or is returned in an incomplete condition, we may issue a partial refund based on the value of the returned item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@ulsunie.com or call 901-333-8538. We will provide a full refund or replacement, and we will cover return shipping costs for defective items.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the replacement item. Please follow the return process outlined above for the refund and order a new item through our website.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ulsunie.com or call 901-333-8538. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations; however, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to be returned according to our return policy.
